Flexeole is registered in Paris under number 893 841 437. It is starting out with share capital of 1500 euros, with the ambition to raise 300,000 euros in Spring 2021, of which half as equity, to fund the first phase of its development: construction of a 50 kW demonstration facility to show the project's technical and economic potential and offer it a commercial showcase.

Flexeole is part of the PHGD Group and benefits from synergies with other group companies - in particular Hagrath, which supports local authorities in environmental transition.
